Flexible stainless steel metal hose with insulation “2 in1” type EZ-FLEX is applied in solar energy and hot water systems.
It contains: two flexible stainless steel hoses of AISI 316L, covered with rubber based insulation of EPDM (13 mm wide), separable polyamide braiding with UV protection and a non silicon sensor cable. The assembly of the hoses is quick and easy.
The hose is packed in carton boxes of different lengths.
- Diameter DN12 (1/2”) – lengths: 10 m, 15 m, 20 m, 25 m, 30 m, 50 m;
- Diameter DN16 (3/4”) – lengths: 10 m, 15 m, 20 m, 25 m, 30 m, 50 m;
- Diameter DN20 (1”) – lengths: 10 m, 15 m, 20 m, 25 m, 30 m, 50 m;
- Diameter DN25 (1 1/4”) – lengths: 10 m, 15 m, 20 m, 25 m.

We produce and flexible stainless steel hoses with insulation thickness 13 mm with PVC coated foils surface, type “1-in-1.” The hoses are packed in cardboard boxes with e following standard lengths:
Flexible metal hoses with insulation can be made with welded fittings type nipple-nut (MF) 1/2 ” in length:
400 mm; 500 mm; 600 mm.
Hoses diameter – DN12.
The hoses are made of material AISI 304L, nipples and nuts of carbon steel with a surface coating of nickel.
The insulation around the hoses is of EPDM with a thickness of 9 mm. Its edges are protected with plastic cap.
